Last week (or maybe it was 2 weeks ago now?), I had an unexpected chance to meet my Great Aunt Ima Joyce, and her granddaughter and granddaughter-in-law, Emily and Shelley. I think that makes us 2nd cousins. We had a delicious lunch at Panera. I had a great time, and I hope we can get together more often now that I know they are here in Texas, too!
Congratulations to the Gifford family, on their new addition!
As long as this post is pretty random already, I have been getting some good chuckles at this blog. Check it out!
And why not throw a scrapbook page in here while I'm at it? This is one of my new favorites.

I am so excited that you were able to meet the McClellan gals and Ima Joyce. I'll have to say I am sad that all my cousins have moved to Texas... Maybe I should find a reason to also, Ha! Your scrapbook pages are always wonderful! You are quite talented.
Love the scrapbook page, it is super cute.
I'm so glad you were brave enough to call random family!!! It was so nice to meet you and we definitely need to plan on getting together soon... before you guys move. I love your blog! Maybe you can help give me some tips on digital scrapbooking. I also agree with Mindy...maybe she should find a reason to move down here!
I'm more of the "less is more" type (but not totally minimalistic), so the bows are a bit much for me. But, I do like the way you paired the floral with the polka-dots - nice - and I like the color scheme.
love the scrapbook page! congrats on meeting family! it is always fun to meet new people, especially when you're related! :)
That is a cute page! I love how you used the black and white and color. It's neat!
And I LOVE the new clothes!!!! Super cute!
You are so sweet to mention us! It was so fun having lunch together. We will have to have a Sunday dinner together soon so the rest of our families can meet. PS I love your scrapbook pages, you are very talented!
