On Location: Pocatello, Idaho

Saturday morning we got word that Dan's grandmother had passed away. We knew it was coming (she hadn't been well for a couple of weeks), but even when you're expecting it, it still isn't easy. Grandma Wanda would have been 98 years old in July. She will be greatly missed.

So we packed up and left McKinney at about 2 pm on Saturday, and got to Idaho at about 9 pm Sunday evening. Definitely a long drive. We'll be here for the week, helping where we can and just spending time with family.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, Dan and Chrystal. I hope your time in Poci is memorable and enjoyable to reunite with family. Funerals are always so hard yet wonderful to have the time to get together. Thank goodness we have the gospel perspective.

Sorry to hear about Dan's grandmother. No matter how old they are, they are always missed. Are you guys stopping at the house on your way through, if so, swing by and say hi! Would love to see ya'!

Hope you will be comforted in many many ways.

Next time you come to Idaho, I'll take care of ya! I'm several hours away from Pocatello, but still. :D

What a great long life your grandma lived. I am sure she touches so many in her journey.
